Anyone know where I can get a cloak like this?

If i could get a very authentic version ichigo's execution cloak it would be so sweet. Anyone know where I can get a cloak that looks JUST like this? Focus on the big high up brim, inch thick cords, I don't know how i'll get it to hold its shape... maybe a lot of starch. Heres the thumb from a cosplay site, but upon checking the costume it's a rather lame cloak =/

Joanns has several cloak patterns you could modify one of those and you could get the brim stiff with fusible interfacing
And now I'm a catgirl?

The voice of the one I love
was all I could hear as I lay broken in the darkness
My own voice faltered
My wings no longer had the strength to fly

The stuff you want is called Timtex. It is available at Fabric Depot, but I have found a slightly less stiff and thinner version at Walmart. Go to the interfacing section and feel the interfacings for the stiffest stuff they have. Timtex is the thickness of felt, but is very stiff and will hold up any stiff collar. You would also do OK with putting wire / boning into the trim area / inside the collar to act as a support to hold the shape. Just be careful about how you store the cloak because if you put a fold into the wire, it will have a permanent kink in it.
