2008 January 12th general meeting

The January general meeting will be held on Saturday, January 12 from 1pm-5pm at our hotel, the Portland Doubletree–Lloyd Center:

It is in the St. Helens room, which is on the second floor.

Like all general meetings, it is open to the public. General meetings are intended for potential and current staff and volunteers. There will be department reports and news updates, and breaking into groups where people can meet and plan.

question: where are the meeting minutes and ratifications from previous meetings as well as the most current meeting??

oooh, good question. I'm curious to see how the complicated procedure that were called into question last meeting ended up being written down.

We spent like, 15 minutes arguing semantics after all.
