Help picking a cosplay for '08?

I figure since I'm using my Touma costume for SakuraCon, I should ATTEMPT to figure out what I'm doing for K-Con '08.
So here's the deal.
I haven't teh faintest fo what to do, so I'm asking anyone to suggest cosplays that could work with my body type/hair color/anything.

I am NOT designed for reveiling clothing. (Unless you enjoy having ruined eyes.) And I'm on the short side. (5 foot 2 or so.)

(Yes, my game life is deprived.)

So.
I can't do anything really complicated because I'm NOT talented in any form of the word.
And...please. Nothing with many layers. ;~;

I'm reaaaaally temped for Toboe, just because he's squishy cute. (Guess I'm have to look around...And ponder my hair status. xD;; )
I doubt I could pull off Ed, however. Heh. I generally keep my hair HECKA short. (And dye it strawberry blonde, but whatever. o-o; )
