No, but a better option if you find your self in to that sort of thing, is to agree to do that with a friend, then exchange.  (It might help if you happened to quickly shop for things together, mention you liked X Y and maybe Z, then split up long enough for things to be somewhat surprising.)

There's several ways to make friends.

#1 SPAM FORUM!
Start playing the games and pst a bunch in the threads that pop up and people will get to know you there. You can also read through the longer running threads to get an idea of what kind of people you're now hanging out with.

#2 Become Staff.
We have our secret forums that we use to plan and make the con better. Being on staff (especially the yojimbo) is like having a built in social group!

#3 Join Pocky Club.
If you like cosplay and like to share Pocky then you qualify. Pocky Club is a group dedicated to spreading happiness, love, togetherness and world peace through cosplay and Pocky. At Kumoricon we deliver Pockygrams for people and run around being friendly and cheering people up. You can join us by signing up for the newsletter at pockyclub@gmail.com

I also love RP and have been RPing off and on since I was 9 (i'm now 20 XD). I just started RPing in WoW again, and so I need more practice ^_^;; Especially of the Anime/Video Game roleplaying! :O

Also, I love Fruits Basket in manga form, the anime actually put me to sleep v.v; Still, Fruits Basket is squishywarmlove! My faves are Momiji, Hatsuharu, and Kyo.

RE is made of pure win! I'm too scared to play, but have watched my b/f play.Silent Hill is also love. My boyfriend happens to be a Py-Head cosplayer, and I a nurse (usually just silliness to follow him around, not serious cosplay).

Where do you live right now?? (That's not a stalker question, promise, I'm just curious!)

Hello everyone I just got back from college and doing clinic hours (Since I am at the last part of my NA Training)

I had 1 Resident die today and I was very very sad, so I need some RANDOM fun full of cookies and skittles

Sorry about your patient dying My best friend's mom is a RN and it's hard for her sometimes... I guess you'll find ways to cope, like pocky, ramune, friends, cookies, skittles, cosplay, and glomping. Sounds like a good cure to me, ne?
