Extent that Aerosoft weapons have to be deactivated to?
« on: July 04, 2008, 11:01:42 am »
I have, at my disposal, three aerosoft weapons. They are all deactivated to the point that they cannot cock, and have no triggers. Would this be an acceptable state for them to be in to be peacebonded for the con? They have all their internal components besides this, but are non-functioning and are only there because we couldn't get them out.

^_^;; Probably a stupid question, but it's not like I could find an actual con weapons thread...

Airsoft type weapons pretty much have to be painted orange and filled with cement. It's not a matter of taking out a pin or something like that. They are REALLY against those darn things.

Even if it is no longer able to function as a weapon unless I took it and whacked someone over the head with it? Hell, I'm not even sure if these things are even aerosoft. Do aerosoft weapons say that they're aerosoft on them anywhere?

I dunno, I think they say Replica maybe. Usually it's pretty clear they are plastic. I'll try and find the thread over in the Help and Complaint section. That's where this stuff usually goes.

In fact I might need to move this thread over there...

OK yeah I'm going to lock this thread.
There IS a weapons thread, two kind of, in the Help and complaints forum.
