Project Outreach (PCC-Rock Creek)

I am attempting to start up the K-con outreach @ PCC-Rock Creek. In this process I have run into a few snags.

I have chosen the club route, but that requires the following:

--1. Members must be Students, Faculty or Staff of PCC (Rock Creek Campus). Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 6+ credits.

--2. Every club must have a minimum of 8 charter members.

--3. Every club must have an Advisor (an individual employed by PCC on campus). I have a few Advisor's in mind but have yet to hear a reply from them.

--4. One of the members is chosen as the representative of the club and needs to attend the weekly ASPCC congress meetings. For the time being I do not mind being this person, the ASPCC congress meetings fit fairly nicely into my schedule.

--5. A Proper Club Name.

Can anyone help me get this started?

I dun know if they changed it, but attending the congress meetings aren't required.

Minimum of six credits at Rock Creek? That's very bizarre considering I was a member of the Manga Club despite taking *two* credits...at Sylvania. (meaning I took the credits at Sylvania but went to the club at Rock Creek)

And we didn't have an advisor either, and we had about three members...we may have had more, but only about three ever came to the meetings.

the ASPCC meetings aren't required but highly recommended to attend. And members are just names on a list,they aren't required to attend the club meetings.

when I ran a club, I usually ended up getting friends from the goof off club to get the 8 names. my club only about 5 or so active members.
