Sailor Neptune Commission? : D

I want to coslay from Sailor Moon with my friend. We intend to go as Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus, but neither of us have any idea how to go on with it, nor do we have many viable means to make cosplay. So I was wondering if I could commission a Sailor Neptune cosplay from any of the talented people here. If anyone is up to this challenge set a price point and we can do buisness from there : D

I've looked, and while Sailor Moon cosplay in general can be found in abundance, I haven't seen any of good enough quality to merit purchasing. And such is why I aim to commission it out of someone!

My friend's mom who made her (my friend's) Mars outift and my Jupiter one this year might be open to doing it, but I have to wait until she gets back from being out of town to ask.

Here are a few links that may help you.  I can tell you right now that if you want nice you will need to put out the cash.  I am guessing over $500 for a well done full costume with tiara, gloves, and boots or boot covers.  If you go with real boots that is a large part of the cost by itself.  So is a decent wig.  Also taking your age into consideration you may outgrow the costume in a couple of years.  That said look here:

Hope this helps you.  It would be awsome to see a sailor scout that was actually the age of the characters in the series.  I hope your 'friend' that is playing Sailor Uranus has a nice costume as well.  You need to take that into consideration also if you go as a pair you will want to have your costumes look as close to the same, quality wise, as possible.  If not, you will stretch your friendship.  I have seen it many times.  "Gah, my costume sucks!  Yours is SOoo much better!  I don't want to be seen with you."  Something to think about.  Anyways, best of luck. 

If you were closer would consider offering to help.  If you saw the Silver the Hedgehog, you saw some of my wifes work.  Daughter is going for a Disguea chara this year.  Still trying to decide which one.  All have some major challenges.
