Well, last weekend was "Play! A Video Game Symphony," and I ended up going. Costumes were encouraged, so I wore my cosplay of Link from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I was glad to run into several fellow cosplayers who attend Kumori Con and/or Sakura Con.
My favored musical highlights: the Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross medley (I'm easy to please in that respect), and the Shadow of the Colossus overture (that game deserves more love). Yes, I enjoyed the Zelda medley, but there's already a lot more Zelda music out there than most other games.
I know there are some forum members who were there.
