Tournament Survey

I've created a survey for use with both the con and outside events that will help me gauge tournament interests.

If you can fill it out completely, great, but I'll be happy if people just fill in all the required fields too.

Just remember that you don't have to answer all the questions on the first page.  For the most part, just answering the first and last Q on the first page and as many questions as you can answer realistically on the second will get me the data I'm looking for.
