Hey y'all,
If you haven't already, please take a look at the meeting schedule in "Good of the Order" section of the minutes.  The dates are tentative as of this moment, but if no objections are raised within the next, say, two weeks, we'll cut the schedule into stone.

Please post only corrections or objections to any meeting date in this thread.

Okay folks -- since there have been no objections or conflicts announced for the meeting dates announced in the minutes from November 2008, these dates are now SET.  Furthermore, the following locations are selected:

General Staff Meetings 1:00 pm	Location
Sunday, January 18	Portland
Saturday, February 21	Salem
Sunday, March 22	Vancouver
April 24-26: Staff Retreat	TBD. Also, this date may change if venue unavailable
Saturday, May 16	Eugene
Sunday, June 7	Portland
Saturday, July 11	Salem
Sunday, August 9	Portland
Saturday, August 22	Portland
September 5-7: Kumoricon	Portland – or maybe Germany

Yay! The schedule!

I say we compromise on that last one and hold it in Poland.

The January 18th Date location was set before we lost our venue for it.  This meeting may be moved to Salem
