Much thanks to Gina who fielded tons of lack of permission slip problems that night so I could concentrate on taking monies. 

Also, just keep in mind, while we can be a bit lienent at events like this, we can't be at con. 

We had about 130 peoples, which is our best attendence yet.  So, this shows that we are doing something right and should keep doing mini-events. 

From the staffing/planning side, this was the smoothest event yet.  Though, we are working on ways to make it even smoother.  I am thinking of making tubes with markings on them that can be used to tell how many chips/points you have without having to bother counting.

Some people had parents come back and pop thier heads in, a few calls were made.  But, we would love to just have everyone have thier forms all nice and ready next time.  We do want to make sure everyone can get in, but it gets a bit time consuming to deal with people who don't have them.

Just a suggestion, it would've helped for some people if there were permission slips at the dance :3

Yeah, that was my bad.  I was having issues with my printer.  I couldn't print the pre-reg list either for some reason.  I had to re-write it in word and then print it.  I figured we would hand write permission slips at the dance if needed.
