Yeah that is an important thing too.....I don't think it would apply for hotel lobbies but I'm not too sure =/

i think we cant be in areas considered public like the streets or what not, if we are in a fairly controlled environment that is well looked after (like lets say... a hotel!) i think its fine...

City curfew laws apply to areas that are public property. Even though they keep it open to the public, the hotel is private property and they can act how they like.

I have yet to find a hotel that will actually send kids to bed just because they're hanging out in the lobby at 3am. Tell them to keep it down, stop throwing things, and moves for the cleaning staff sure but never "go to bed".

but basically i just cant enter con spaces like the gaming room till cerfew ends? D:

i dont see much problem with places like gaming room late at night... i mean it is also on the hotel wich is private property wich i dont think is braking the law, places like the the dealers room or the adult panels i can understand perfectly, even the video room D: but I dunno what harm it would really do to allow us acess to the gaming after cerfew, granted i'm assuming that the gaming room is on the hotel property and does not require one to leave the hotel to acess it

I see no big problem with allowing minors into the gaming room.... >.> unless your all planning to use the 24 hour thing as a chance to play icky hentai things while the minors are all stuck in their rooms

The reason we close the game room to minors is because it allows us to remove a large portion of the people in the game room, then close, then clean up before we open again. Kicking everyone out all at once when we're talking 40-60 people would be a nightmare.

Also, M-rated games.

I would laugh that by the time your 18 they have already tried the 24 hour con and it didn't work so they wont do it again.

Not necessarily, as the Artist Alley is not in a place where you need to have a badge--it's an area of the hotel open to the public.
