Glad to hear you have things to comfort you, and yeah, hopefully tomorrow will go better for you.
As for what I do when I need some comfort, some peace, I usually try to withdraw from wherever I am at and spend time praying or reading my Bible. It's the most peace I could ask for, and really helps me out in those "pit" moments.
I also like to listen to mellow/heart-touching music like some Bella Morte, Matisyahu, Orphaned Land, Matthew West, Saviour Machine, even Five Iron Frenzy.
Or I write. Writing poetry is amazingly therapeutic.
