Look it up before asking

People if you want to come off as smarter instead of looking dumb and asking why don't you copy and past the name or phrase into a search engine and find out for yourself.

For example:

Someone mentions a character such as youji. All you do is open a new tab with google on it. Type Youji into the search bar and then view pictures to see what they look like, OR if you want to know information you should look at the Wikipedia page.

So next time don't sound like a retard and look it up yourself.

Good lord, you sound like my father! lol

I'm amazed I know as many words as I do, because every time I asked him for a definition of a word, he would say "look it up" so I never did. I guess he expected my to know how to spell everything all the time too. whatever. sigh. I only wish I didn't have that same trait now when other ask me stuff.

Ya know what I hate? When I am curious about something and can't get to the computer, and have to watch others either ignore my request, or type with one finger, and go about things very very slowly, and in the wrong directions. sigh.

lol im always a bit lazy to look things up, though i dont really mind explaining when others have questions either... : P my personal pet peeve is just when people think they know everything and pretend to so they can look cool

I'm more of talking about things that people should know on here
Like what FMA stands for or who Tamaki is. I'm talking about the popular things that most anime lovers should know about.

Well, I am addicted to Dictionary.com. I love words and (though I've never actually had the opportunity) if someone on here used a word I didn't know, I'd be heading that way to look it up!

When I Roleplayed, I was addicted to dictionary.com. I tried to find other words that meant the same thing to enhance my posts and make them more poetic. I don't RP much anymore, though. =/
