We had open early registration for 2012 on the last day of con at Registration and then later at Info Booth after we closed reg (I was the one dealing with it at reg).

Usually We open online pre-reg when the website rolls over to the new site which usually seems to happen near the end of the year. All I can say right now is to be patient until then.

Ok cool...I was gonna reg at the japan festival but there was no booth this year.   :-\  So I will wait patiently until the website rolls over.  Thanks.
