Cotton Drifting Festival!

For fans of Higurashi no naku Koro ni, I would like to inform you (pretty lat minute) that the Cotton drifting festival (Watanagashi) Is this Thursday, the 18th of June.

That's my last day of school, and a half day, so my friends and I will be having a picnic at the river and drift cotton in our casual cosplay. Anyone else celebrating or have plans?
