Maid cafe

A friend of mine was thinking of starting up a maid cafe in portland. I just want to know if  anyone thinks that this would be a good idea.Who better to ask than my fellow con goers!

This idea gets brought up every once in a while...

It would be nice. I'd love it. But it would be difficult for a number of reasons. The big problem is covering all the costs, but there are other factors as well. It hasn't been feasible for anyone so far.

You could probably move this to general :'D

Yeah, it would be awesome. A maid cafe or a cosplay cafe. People bring this up every year or so, but no one has gone through with it yet.

Yea, The cost is the biggest factor he is facing. (I wanna work there too! ^-^) I know he was looking into locations and loans the other day.

Agh not fair man. :<

a few friends of mine and I were planning on setting one up for a couple years now but we were underaged and yes broke. But we'd made interior plans, and menus and everything. We'd even looked up locations in perfect areas for anyone to get too. T_T

Well I hope he at least has some fun with it. ^_^ <3
