I currently have 3 all active:

Ryoma Echizen (Prince of Tennis)
Tsunade (Naruto)
Lacus Clyne (Gundam Seed)

And 2 in the works:

Itachi Uchiha (Naruto)
Misa Amane (Death Note)

Hmm good question.. I've got about 16.

Near (DN), Daisuke Niwa (DNAngel), Tsukasa (.hack) are more or less retired. I'm thinking of wearing Tsukasa one last time sometime this year.
Then I've got Roxas with versions, school boy, Twilight Town, and I'm working on his PJ, Christmas Town & Org versions.. @.@
Allen Walker has two versions, 1st uni and lolita...
Yuna songstress & summoner
Soul Eater - red room version
Tifa (AC)
Then Stella (FF13) and Diva (TricksterOnline).

Oh and I'm slowly plotting to do Aerith from CC perhaps.

I feel like I'm forgetting someone... Oh yeah school girl Kairi & Princess Kairi.

Agito-orange straight jacket (airgear)
Miharu-school verison (Nabari no ou)
Sasuke-chunnin examsn (Naruto)
Lelouch-ashford academy version(code geass)
Renton- first outfit (Eureka seven)
Soul-yellow and black jacket outfit(soul eater)
so I have.....uhhh...7 : D

Alright my Itachi Uchiha cosplay is DONE ;D!!!!!!!  ;D YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY ;D!!!! Now to finish my Misa Amane costume and figure out who I will be for the third day  :-\
