My project
« on: June 18, 2009, 02:41:26 pm »
Ok, I'm in an association called Camp Fire USA, it's like boy scouts or girl scouts, except for it's for both boys and girls, but anyways. We do these things called torch bearers to get a certain patch, and one of the things you can do is a personal interest. Obviously, I chose Cosplay and Anime. One of the things you're supposed to do is create a product on your topic and show it off to other people who are interested in your topic. I decided I want to make something on the past and present of cosplay, as a hobby and a passion.
So, I was thinking, maybe, I could get it handed around at the Kumoricon, maybe thrown in to the bag with the guide and things.
I was also wondering if at some meet-up I could do an interview with a few people that have been cosplaying for a while, and the transformations it has gone through.
I also need pictures for my pamphlet of people cosplaying. If anyone has pictures that they are willing to have put around con, that would be great. I would love it if you told me who was in the picture, and made sure you had their permission to give me the photo.

Thanks, you guys are a great resource and help!

Love, Katie
