Having trouble sending panel submission form?

 So i've sent in a panel form, but have not gotten back from anyone. I was just wondering if it had gone through or if it got lost. Because that sometimes happens.
Our panel name is BangBangNeko playhouse.

does anybody have any information? Should I resend it or what? please, because i don't want the submission dead line to pass.

I'm sending you an email, but so other people know as well... the deadline for submissions will be extended.  I would love if people would get them in by the date, but I was accepting forms (if I had room for them) into August.  You just have better odds of getting the time/room you want the sooner you send them in.
