Okay so here's my problem. My hair style is exactly like Miho's from megatokyo and I'm thinking of maybe cosplaying as her if I'm able to make a costume like hers that wouldn't be to hot and something I'm wanting to wear.

is there any other characters with a hair cut kind of like that? and also anyone think Miho is a good cosplay idea?

I have no idea who Miho is. You should try posting some reference pictures so people know which character you're talking about.

Agreeing with Saya on the reference picture, not everyone reads Megatokyo.
The only opinion I'll put in for now is that you might get mistaken for a random gothic lolita since she doesn't really have a signature outfit, or at least she didn't when I was still reading Megatokyo. It might be a little more recognizable if you had a Ping to go with you though.
