I pre-reg at the Uwajimaya spring festival(April 26?). I payed the 40$ and filled out the chart. During that time, they ran out of receipt and so I agree that they would email me the receipt. I still haven't got my email from Kumoricon.

Who should I contact this about? I payed and filled out everything but haven't got my Email yet.

E-mail registration@kumoricon.org.  Give them your full name, and tell them what event you registered at.  They should be able to answer any questions for you.

Well they are sending out some of them yesterday or the day before and it will take some time to get to you. People need to be more patient. I ordered mine in September and just got it mid May.

Yes, they send them out in date-specific batches.

My only concern is that my bank statements show the check I sent in as uncleared, I've sent three E-mails but I've got nothing.

E-mail them at registration@kumoricon.org. They usually respond pretty quickly.
