I made a cosplay tag video. Watching in high quality is preferred.

EDIT: I was told normally cosplay tag videos are done a different way?
I didn't really watch a whole video before making mine, so sorry if it's a little different, lol.

Oh wow, that was insane amounts of adorable! This looks like so much fun, haha, I will have to respond to that tag... someday... when I have video editing software... or at least something to make my videos halfway entertaining. XP *dreams of being able to add music*

Cosplay Tag is like... those chain letters/posts... but actually fun and w/out "curses" being placed on you. XD

It was LOADS of fun, I highly recommend it!

You don't have Windows Movie Maker or something similar on your computer? My video recorded on a Sony CyberShot and edited in Windows Movie Maker, haha super cheap.

I plan on making a cosplay tag video every year, hehe.

I don't think I've heard of windows movie maker and I've never found any sort of editing software on my computer. It's a Windows XP desktop.... so... we've had it since 2002... dunno if they were putting that in the computers then.

I'll look into Windows Movie Maker though. If it's not as expensive as other stuff I've seen I might be able to get it... might, it's been a pretty lean year so far. x_x;

My only (slight) worry is that all my friends who have access to my account would see the video and be like "wtf???", haha, none of them cosplay or watch anime. But whatev, they know I do... or that I'm nerdy enough to. =B

Thanks for the help, I look forward to seeing next year's cosplay tag video (and anyone's from this year!!).

Aaaand we're back to sadness...

I have the windows movie maker HOWEVER... my camera APPARENTLY doesn't record in a format that windows can run... it is run by Quicktime. *shakes fist as fire rages in the background*

I have no idea if Quicktime has an editing feature, gah, this is ridiculous.

I will make a cosplay tag video one day!!! *determination*

Aww *sad face* Off the top of my head, I can think of a few options for this scenario:

1. Find a program that will convert Quicktime's .MOV files into .WMV/.ASF, .MPG (MPEG-1) or .AVI.
2. You or a friend happen to have an iMac with iMovie, which will accept .MOV files.
3. Borrow a camera from a friend that records in .MPG or .AVI and re-record

There may be other options, but these are the only three I can think of. I hope we can see your video eventually!

I finally got around to doing mine. Mainly because we are starting a cosplay group and it is a good way to do introductions XD. Right now it is uploading and I will make sure to post the link when it is done.
