K-Con Facilities Director and Mod Mamma haz son now!

Its true. Ive been a bit absent from the forums lately because our son was born on April 1st! He is one of those rare "actually born on his due date" kids! (and on April Fools day at that!)

Alexander (Xander) David McCarley was born April 1st at 1:35am. 8lbs 0oz and 20in.
Both Myself and Daddy are super proud and excited.

*Interesting side note. April 1st 2 years ago was David and Mines first date so he is an anniversary baby too!*

So, your parents revenge has started.

CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to the world of parenthood.  Just remember, if you hated it when your parents did it to you, it is a fair bet Xander will hate it when you do it to him.  Probably, best advice you will get.

So is he going to be the youngest cosplayer at this years con?

lol. Due to the nature of our Con work areas (David being a director and me running adult content from 10pm till like 4 am-ish) we are going to have him baby sat this year. (grandparents are allready excited to have him for the weekend) Next year will be a different story.  :)

i iz not just saying that, cuz I know everyone always sayz baby are so cute, but i have seen one who looks just like the father, but it was a girl

My sister and I were born on eachothers' due dates (well, a year off).  That's why I'm always late to meetings and such.  I'm making up for coming 16 days early. :D
