Tho not a girl, I know how to make your chest more flat

Take some of those bandages they use on your arms, yanno, like when you sprain somehting

wrap tightly around your chest, start in the middle, work to top, then bottom, keeps your breasts secure

then seal up and youve got it, great way to conceal with very little discomfort and/or pain

Depends on who your cosplaying as...
As you can probably se, Man Faye dosn't wear... tape. >_> (I feel dirty talking about him... xDD)

I use and ace bandage and wrap it starting from the front and then wrap it tightly. The bulk of the bandage will make your chest seem more uniform like a guys and will help flatten teh boobs XD It's VERY uncomfortable, though, so be warned. There's an amount of slippage with the bandage, too, so you have to keep readjusting yourself every so often.
I wear a sports bra over the bandage to try to keep it in place sometimes.

It can make breathing an issue, so don't bind yourself toooo tightly! We don't want you passing out!

I have heard and seen a faye crossplay that was done well over at cosplay.com I dun remember where it is though or if its still there.

sounds like neko-chan just likes the crossplayers. there isn't very many guy to female cosplays although you will find a few good ones around. Kabuki, a featured cosplayer at cosplay.com, is an example of one.
