Stage access?

Hi! How exactly are we getting onstage for the cosplay contest? I've heard we're going through the airwalls behind where the stage is going to be, but how are we traversing the two-foot distance between the floor and stage level? Will it be stairs, a ramp, what?

Also, is there any way I would be able to come through the center airwall instead one of the side ones? I only ask because I'm figuring out my walk-on choreography now and don't want to figure out something only to have to improvise something after the pre-meet because I don't know what I can and cannot do. Then I'll be all off in my timing for my music, and I don't want to do that.

lol I'm wondering the same thing, because my costume is bulky and I rather go through the middle doors than around, just for safety. If not i'll manage ^_^

I believe there is going to be a screen that will be taking up most of the back wall of the stage - so it won't be possible to enter center back.

For SKITS, you can enter any side of the stage.

Walk-ons, all are going to walk in from one side, pose center front, walk up runway and pose. Anything beyond that and you've actually changed your entry from being a walk-on to a skit.

I have to check w/ tech crew, but if you're doing a walk on then you get "their generic music"

Or, you could change to a skit entry and have all the time you want (within the 5 minute time limit) to pose and look awesome.
