Ugh! I wish I was paying attention! I would have LOVED to come and say
hi to the team and pick up some ramune! Grrar! Fail on my part! Oh well,
I will just need to keep a better watch on the events and goings-ons in
coordination with k-con!

Don't worry- Uwajimaya has a bunch of cultural festivals throughout the year and Kumoricon almost always participates ^_^. If you missed this festival, there's always another one! :)

Besides the neat booths and people (some music if you're into it), the only thing you really missed was the massively long line for fried fishy snacks with cream inside.  Not sure what they are called but there was like a 20person line half the day saturday!

Are you talking about the taiyaki? Those are so yummy~ I'm glad that they had them for this festival. I like the ones with azuki filling. : D

Ya, that's probably them.  Should have bought one but I'd rather have had a real battered and fried fish ^.^
