Ladies and Gentelmen!

I am proud to announce the return of everyone's favorite anime-related game show, ANIME JEOPARDY! This year, you can count on major improvements, such as:

Organization
Decent Prizes***
New Graphical Interface
Improved Effort

...and more?

If you would like to be a contestant on Anime Jeopardy, all you have to do is attend the [Contestant Selection Panel] which will be held in advance. Check here, or possibly the [Con Book] for day and time.

For those of you who did not attend last year, the [Contestant Selection Panel] is the time where the Anime Jeopardy staff administer a simple quiz. The top three scores will then become contestants in the actual game. You MUST attend the [Contestant Selection Panel] to be considered for the game. You MUST also be present at the game to claim your spot, or it will be given to the next highest score.

Those who don't know what Jeopardy is need not apply/attend.

Certified to suck less than last year.¹

Prizes from previous games include entire manga series and complete DVD boxsets.

We cannot stress the importance of attending the Contestant Selection Panel on time in order to secure a chance at taking the Contestant exam.

We've learned from our mistakes and this year should be awesome!

All rounds of Anime Jeopardy have just finished being fact and quality checked by an outside source. This was done to help prevent errors and confusion during the event (we've learned our lesson, Voltron).

UPDATE:

We now have tangible prizes. Without giving the whole thing away (and possibly deterring people from the game completely...), I can say that among other things, the winner will receive an art book to a very popular movie. Feel free to speculate amongst yourselves.

From what we have been told, Saturday. Look for the Contestant Selection panel to be earlier in the day and the Anime Jeopardy game to be later in the evening.

In case you have not viewed the newly posted con guide, these are the times for the Anime Jeopardy events:

<ALL EVENTS ON SATURDAY>

Contestant Selection: 2:30 PM (Or 1430 if that helps you?) in Panel 2
Anime Jeopardy itself: 6:00 PM (1800) in Live 1

While I have your attention, let me emphasize YOU MUST BE AT CONTESTANT SELECTION TO BE A CONTESTANT. And, YOU MUST BE AT THE FINAL GAME FOR YOU TO RECEIVE POTENTIAL PRIZES FOR WORK PUT FORTH AT CONTESTANT SELECTION.

Took the Contestant Selection exams to the Print Shop today, placed an order for 75 copies. That's three times the amount we supplied last year. (Also, if we run out of tests, a spare will be on hand along with extra blank paper to take the exam that way).

I want to thank everyone that attended Anime Jeopardy 2009, and made it a huge hit. Without an audience, we are nothing but weirdos playing "Game Show"

I invite anyone who has some suggestions/comments/complaints to reply here, so we can work to make Anime Jeopardy reach closer and closer to Final Form.
