I finally decided who I'm going to cosplay for Sakura con/Kumoricon this year, but now I'm having trouble deciding what type of material would be best. I'm doing Kyoko from Skip Beat, but I'm doing her blue angel outfit. I've attached a couple pictures.
Any suggestions?
