Once again, apple products are scrutinized for being what they are.
Steve Jobs and his infinitely wiser than society team came up with a brilliant plan to re-make what
was already made, make it bigger and with a tad more proccessing speed, and a tablet style interface
(durable to that stupid pen thing, not just your finger), and then market said "new product to the
same 12% of people who own ipods, itouches/iphones, macbooks and macpros. (and I mean own all
or most of them, I know more than 12% of the US owns an Ipod, I'm talking about the MacPower
peeps)
These people want a streamlined easily connective envoirnment for their portable and multimedia
devices, and if everything synchs seamlessly via Apple's well thought out network, they become
ifinitely more full of themselves and their magical prowess of the interwebs.
With that said, I think the Ipad is a reasonably priced alternative to having a tablet pc and a netbook,
and gives the user the familiar I-xperience along with mobility and a power...
Though, I haven't for myself seen the speaker quality... I have to imagine that they expect you to plug
in headphones, which is always a drawl prospect to me.
