Well, I've lost 10 pounds scence starting it. xD But then again, I haven't really been eating very much either... ^_^ But yes, it does! It dones your muscles... but sometimes it's very very very hard to follow, beacuse I A) Have no beat, and B) Have not so great balance. xD
