One, not to be rude but you've started 2 or 3 threads on how to make your Cammy costume. To stop filling up the forum with threads about the same thing, in the future it may be best to make one thread that is "Cammy cosplay help" so you can ask all of your questions in there.

Cammy's gloves are tricky, you are probably going to have to make base gloves out of vinyl then make all the extra bits out of vinyl over foam. Here's a tutorial tat may help you out http://www.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=83378

If you don't want them to be awesome, you could just use regular gloves and cardboard super glued and pained some how, or maybe modeling clay.
