I've been looking for a website but, it seems they have none. So I'd like to ask my fellow Con goers opinion. Has anyone been to the Wig land in Portland? If so how did you like their service, prices and wigs?

YES YES YES. <3

They are quite nice actually, and you get a 10% discount if you go to k-con. :3

They didn't have much in crazy colored wigs as far as I could tell but this was a while back when I went so their inventory might have grown by then.

I went there just a couple of weeks ago~

They changed their polocy to not just 10% off to Kcon, but any wig used for cosplay is 10% off. :0

The wigs are seriously high quality, though the crazy colored wig stock has grown, not all the wigs are shown.

They are very helpful too in what you need btw! :0

Unfortunatly, they never write any of it down. x D
When they can tell your a cosplayer, they useually say it right after you find your wig.
The main guy thats useually there said it about 4 times. x D

Also consider that you won't have to pay for shipping, and you eliminate the wait. (you also get to see it in person before making the choice to buy it...)

wow, I'm not stuck going to Halloween Warehouse anymore!

Not that I hate their store, I just wish they had a larger selection of wigs....

Yup, Wigland is pretty cool in that aspect. No shipping, no waiting, you get to see your wig in reality before you buy it. And of course that 10% off for cosplayers. X3

Most of their wigs are in the $30-$50 range, so you have to go with a little money on hand. It's right across from Lloyd center, so it's easy to get to. And not only do they sell wigs, they sell mustaches, too. XD

They have a considerably large selection, with colors from RGB Blue to Platinum, with all the natural colors in between. Lengths are pretty good, too. But you know how finding the "perfect wig" is. xD They have other stuff in the back, so don't be afraid to ask if you can't find what you're looking for.

I've been there many times. I highly recommend it. Almost all of my wigs are from Wig Land. They're well priced and good quality. The gentleman that works there is very nice and extremely helpful.

What I like most about it is the man who works there's helpfulness. I went in there with a friend and the man asked what he would be cosplaying, went and pulled up a picture of the character, and helped him try on wigs and gave suggestions as to what we probably wouldn't have thought of.

I also called him the other day and he dropped me some names of people who will cut and style wigs for you. None of the people got back to me (unfortunately) but it was super awesome that he went out of his way to give me their emails :>
