I bought mine in like hmm idk january and it's already here but at that time i bought it when i was 12 (with the help of my mom) and i just turned 13 two weeks ago but i want to go with my friends and with no adult so will they give me a new badge without paying or what?i seriously don't want to pay 40 bucks since im tight on money help
