I just got up to put the new House MD season in and somehow my foot got tangled around my computer cords, Fell...and broke my toe. WHAT A DAY~

Hmmm.... I suppose I have two major stupid things I have done. Both done in my youth many years ago. I still hear about them, or tell the tale of them.

1. I delivered newspapers from my parents brand new car (It was about a week old) and stalled it in the middle of a deep puddle of water. I, of course, opened the door to get out and push. Spent most of the evening removing the carpeting from inside and drying it out. Oh, and the papers got wet. But hey at least it wasn't like what my sister did with another of their new cars. She turned left at a green light without waiting for the oncoming traffic and hit another car smashing the headlight and damaging the radiator. This all happened in front of a hospital so she walked inside to use the phone to call my parents (This was before cell phones). "Mom and Dad, I wrecked the car and am in the hospital."

I thought my parents were going to go into a fit.

2. I was driving westbound on I-105 towards Eugene from Springfield. There was a major accident in the Eastbound lanes with emergency vehicles and police. I thought I recognized the car that was in the accident so I was staring as I passed. I turned to face forward again and the car in front of me was about 2 inches off my front bumper with his brake lights lit and I was doing 65.

Needless to say I pushed the brake pedal through the floorboards and cranked the wheel counter-clockwise. I missed hitting him as he pulled off to the side of the road (whew). Now I was heading towards the concrete wall separating the highway, umm.. not good.. Turn the wheel clockwise. Yes didn't hit the wall, but now I am heading towards a whole line of news reporter vehicles parked on the side of the interstate. Umm. this could be bad, Turn the wheel counter-clockwise again and do a 180 in the middle of the interstate. Come to a complete stop facing the oncoming traffic. This is so not good. Shift into reverse and turn around as fast as I can while about 3 cop cars an ambulance and 3 news crews watch. Drive the rest of the way to my girlfriends house and get out of the car. Just about collapse because I am shaking so bad from the adrenaline high I got. Moral of the story. Watch the road when driving. Yeah, good idea.

Okay, here is a wonderful list of stupid things!
1) While protecting a stick of incense, I missed a step forcing all of my weight on to the side of my ankle. Ripped my tendon clean through.

2) We were at my friend Geneva's house, and we decided to play a wrestling game. Just and FYI, those who think girls can't pack a punch, you are mistaken. We were fighting, violently, punching, kicking, slapping. We didn't realize that the waist high crass that all of us were running around in was saw grass. Thus, blood, everywhere. Cuts, everywhere. My legs hurt just thinking about it.

3) My twin and I were running about in my front field (I live on a ranch) and we found a bunch of dried horse crap. Janet (my twin) grabs a chunk and chucks it at my head, so I return the favor. We had a full blown horse shiz fight *laughs*

4) We did a dog pile on Pat's couch, and he tried to lay on top of us. We flung him off on to the glass coffee table. Needless to say, we aren't invited over there anymore xP

5) At Mikal's house we were sitting, watching Wallace and Grommet, and Mikal's friend Kevin comes in.
We ended up taping him up, and leaving him in a wheelbarrow.

6) We decided to marry our friends Tia and Maddy. We set up a large ceremony, but realized we had no bible. We grabbed the first thing we saw, a My little Pony PC game, and used it xD

Once, my dog's bottom smelt absolutely smelly, so I put my dad's bar soap all over its bottom, and then my dad used it. I was Six years old.

OH OH OH!
My friends and I got thrown out of a public park for a cake fight. We got really in to it. Half of us ended up with ripped clothes >>

Here are two others:
1) While in the 7th grade we were making a time capsule. We covered a box in sparkles, and started writing things on it so people wouldn't open it if they dug it up.
My friend wrote "THIS IS A BOMB" on it. Stupid us left it at the library.
The bomb squad was called in. If we would have fessed up we would have gotten arrested >.o;;
2) While having a water balloon fight across the street (in a public place), one of us me threw a water balloon in to an open window, thus blinding the driver. IT WAS AT A STOP LIGHT!
You know you're a horrible person when you do that, and you don't even think of how dangerous it could have been, you're laughing so hard XD

When I moved back home, I left most of my stuff outside. That is, all my packed cardboard boxes.
And then it rained..
Nearly all of my books were permanently damaged. A lot of my other stuff was either wet, broken, or mildewed.
Also, my ipod and headphones were stolen..

I've learned my lesson about leaving crap outside ._.

I rented a U-Haul to move my Entertainment Wall to my house In Eugene from My Dads shop in Waldport, where we had built it. Got it all loaded up and then threw my coat in the back because it was hot in the cab. Rolled the door down and locked it. Then I realized the keys to the van and the padlock were in my coat pocket.

Ended up cutting the lock off with a sawsall and paying U-Haul for it.

Running into things, not finishing my sentences so it makes no sense, dating, styling my sisters wig, shaving my arms in elementary school, cutting my hair short again, ignoring my moms side of the family, arguing with someone even though I know I'm wrong, wearing odd clothes to school, and A LOT more.

I learned (kind of, not really) that when parents tell you something, you should listen because they don't just say it for fun.
However, I learned it the hard way.

When I was seven I decided to not listen to my mother and jumped on the couch while she was outside.
During my fun, gravity decided to teach me its law.
I slipped, fell, and smashed my head onto the wooden coffee table.
Now we originally had a glass table but when my mother had me and my brother, she decided to store it and buy a wooden one so we wouldn't get hurt. Psh, she knew nothing about children.
Anyways! This leads to the earliest memory of my life. The earliest memory I have from my entire existence is feeling an immense pain in my forehead and pushing a pillow to my face. After the pain subsided I pulled the pillow away and looked in the glass cabinet against the wall. I saw my face covered in my own blood as it ran out of a nice gash in my forehead.

At the hospital I proceeded to threaten the doctor. At age seven I told a doctor that if he didn't tie me down I would punch and kick him and if I was not gagged I would bite his fingers off. All due to my fear of needles. He even blindfolded me but I remember seeing the shadow of the needle as he stitched my head shut.

So yes, stupid thing of my life? Jumping on the couch.
It's a memory I will never forget and one I will use to scare my own children into never jumping on my furniture. D8<
