Slow down there dudes.
First of all, it's 20 lightyears away. It would take us Centuries to get there, even with a probe.
Second of all, we don't even know what the atmospheric composition is. For all we know, it's pure carbon dioxide.
Third, even if it is habitable, only a small portion of it is at a survivable temperature. That probably means the ozone layer is insignificant.
Fourth, in the off chance that there is life more developed than basic microbes on this planet, chances are there's nothing of comparable intelligence to humans, or even to chimps or dolphins. I think we'd be lucky to find weird alien fish and alien plants.
That said, yeah it's pretty amazing.
