Who should I cosplay?

Okies so, now I need some ideas. I need two more cosplays to do for Kumoricon. Ive already got Minnie Mouse. My budget cannot go over $300 cuz I still gotta pay for the hotel. (Staying at the red lion, anyone wanna join?) Im willing to dye my hair, wear a wig, or whatever.
Im 5'8", Im slightly overweight, my hair changes color all the time, currantly it is dark red. I have green/blue eyes, cant wear contacts but can do glasses. Im pale, but with some makeup I cna be darker or lighter. I can paint my face, or use skin paint and change my skin to weird colors. Please help me out
