I will be bringing several copies of this text so that if there is quorum we can vote on it. After all the types of changes were considered, going back to the way things used to worked for years* (that is to say what I did for years; the membership just assuming it would work out) seems best.

11. The Board shall call an Annual Meeting of the Membership during each business year, to be held not less than 18 and not more than 90 days after the final day of the Kumoricon held during this business year and to take place within the city limits of Portland, Oregon.
