One Piece: 2011

Since I didn't see one that's been created, I decided to make a One Piece 2011 thread! So here's for planning for future One Piece cosplays!

Next year I plan on finishing up my Moria costume that I was walking around in this year, hopefully making it... not gender bent. After that I'm not quite sure yet, I was thinking maybe Chopper, or one of the CP9, or... I dunno, I have a lot of ideas. It all sort of depends if I decide I want to go for making a Transformers costume, and just how things go this next year in general.

So, any Straw Hat groups? Minor characters? Villains? Shichibukai/Warlords? Marines? Supernova?

I'm not entirely sure if I'll be doing a One Piece character next year or not, yet. If I do, it's likely to either be Girl!Zoro again or possibly Nami so that we actually have female crew members this time... XD

Awww, thank you. XD But it feels weird to have... just about all of the costume done and then just have my hair as it is. So I'll at least be wearing a wig next time. ( Hah. That wig's going to be so much fun to make. )

Well, we had Luffyko, you as girl!Zoro... and Trans!Sanji. But we probably do need some actual girls from the crew...

I've actually looked at going to SakuraCon next year, and I've found there's a Shichibukai group going on there that I'll be a part of if I can manage to go. :3 So all we need there is Jinbei, Kuma, Mihawk, and Doflamingo.

Next Kumoricon a friend and I plan on doing the lovely fancy outfits featured at the end of the Eagle artbook (also on the cover of the excellent scene books). I will be doing Usopp's manly pink number while she will be doing Sanji's Doflamingo inspired get up. We have a Robin as well, but I am unsure if she will be able to make it to the con next year. Helmeppo and Coby were fun this year, but next year's plans are much grander!

Ooooo! That sounds awesome! I love it when people cosplay the Straw Hat's alternative outfits. X3 There's also people already cosplaying the timeskip!Straw Hats.

We have Franky of those and we're in desperate need of an Usopp.  We have all the other mains and a few side mains.

Yagi and I moved up our One Piece cosplays, so we'll be doing them this Kcon. I'm gonna be going as fem!Ace, and it will be a ROLICKING GOOD TIME.

Anyway, yes, I am the fem!Smoker to Malaria's fem!Ace. So much angry fighting funtimes to be had.

I'm considering trying to pull off Tashigi, but it may take more prep and planning than I have time for...

Would it be horrible of me to use a black wig instead of blue? And lord knows the sword would be pitiful again... DX

So when are thinking the shoot will be?  Day Two before 2 works best for our group since our Sanji is cutting and dying his hair for the Naruto shoot...  Don't ask why.

I have the shoot for this as Noon at Esther Short Park by the wading 'pool'.  If anyone wants it different just say so but I'm not getting any feedback and a lot of my friends were wanting times.
