Okay, I need a little help

I was in a Japanese restaurant today and they were showing an anime movie that I didn't recognize, but now I have interest in watching it (mostly to see if it was actually as bad as I thought it was D:)
The only parts I saw were:

1) This creepy green haired guy putting his hand all up yonder on a younger brown haired girl's thigh in a car
2) Creepy green haired guy chasing younger brown haired girl through the snow
3) Younger brown haired girl calling brown haired hero
4) Green haired guy drags brown haired girl back to car
5) Brown haired hero v.s creepy green haired guy in a car chase

I know it's not much to work with, but if you could help, that would be fantastic

I need a little more info. What shade of green hair, how long was it, what shade of skin did he have? Same with the good guy.

What you're vaguely describing, sounds a lot like the snow battle in Initial D 3rd stage, lol.

Also, If you took an interest in Initial D, that would only be THE COOLEST THING EVAR.

Wow.  I don't know why, but when I originally read this description none of it made sense.  I literally thought you were talking about a guy that was green, not a green-haired guy.

I also had to go back twice just now and fix the word "literally" because I typed it wrong in different ways.
