NOTE: I WILL BE AT KUMORICON IN ARTIST ALLEY UNDER THE NAME ROCKET SUSHI STUDIO. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, I CAN BRING ANY OF THESE ITEMS AND YOU CAN GET IT AT THE CON. IF NOT, I WILL GOODWILL THESE. Except the Longboard. I'm getting some money out of that bastard if it's the last thing I do.
Hello! I was rifling through things again, and I've found some stuff that might interest you guys.
NEW
Pilot GogglesPrice: $5
I had a big googles phase through college. I loved these things to holy hell, and they're still in great shape. I bought them from an army surplus store for $10 a while back.
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Ordon Link cosplay Size 12 pant, large shirt ON HOLD for CloudStrife
Price: $15
Teeeny weeny picture, ain't it? It's the only thing I really have handy at the moment, though. Gives you an decent idea of what's going on. I'm selling the outfit, basically. I didn't wear a wig, and as a warning, athletic tape will wax your arms so I recommend not using it unless you like pain.
Anyways, everything is hand sewn, and the shoulder part is hot glued in a couple of places since I didn't realize how much time good cosplay took to sew. I think the shoulder sleeve is missing the brass button and leather strap, too. The obi, orange obi sash, hip covers, and quilt crotch flap are all included as well as the pants which even tie at the bottom! I was real proud of that. The top is pretty large and will fit a lot of people. It's probably around a Large in size. The biggest problem with it is at the top of one of the shoulders, the gold stripe doesn't match up. It's missing the hip bag, too.
Optional free throw ins: Blue hoop earrings, dark cover up for triforce (it's the only time I've ever used it), and the sandals which are missing the ankle strap. I found out that self-adhesive velcro and upholstry pleather does not mix well. It turns into this awful goop where the glue of the velcro stuck.
It's got a couple of problems, but it's a good cosplay for the price.
This is my second serious cosplay and first real attempt at sewing.
Sailor Moon cylindrical backpackPrice: $20
It's a pink backpack with "Sailor Moon" and a picture of Princess Serenity on it. I forgot where I got it, but I have another backpack I like better so I've decided to get rid of this one. The quality is really, really nice since I'm obsessive over my Sailor Moon stuff. It's a drawstring top and has maybe enough capacity for a fully inflated football. I really want a good home for this little guy.
Saiyuki "Backgammon Remix" artbookPrice: $20
Great quality, like new! I love Kazuya Minekura's artwork, but I have her Salty Dog series that I like more than Backgammon Remix. In an effort to thin out my bookshelf a little more, this guy's up for grabs. I doubt you're going to find a better price on this book. I really doubt it.
Cherry Wood Wand ON HOLD for FMApollo
Price: $15

I really, really like this thing, but it's been sitting in my drawer for several years. I was thinking since the last HP movie was coming up really soon, maybe someone else can give it a little love. I was a Hufflepuff as a Sophmore in college and this was my wand. It's Cherry and is supposed to have the heartstring of a gryphon or something awesome like that as a core. It's from a site called Alivan's that makes really quality wands. I chose the "Let the Wand Choose You" option and got this. It's really comfortable and really, really fun to wave around at people and point zazzily at things. I'm going to miss this guy *TT-TT*
I've had bad luck selling this thing, so I'm reducing the price and asking for $100 That is seriously an awesome price for a board of this quality and such little use. It is over 50% off. No joke. The deck alone costs A LOT more than that, and the trucks and tires are at least $40 a pop. This was used maybe a dozen times and each time very briefly and very lightly.
So, that's it for the time being. If you've got any questions, ask away!
