Lolita Meetup?

I am going to kumoricon for the first time.... as a lolita!
I just KNOW that I won't be the only one, so as a general request, could a place and time be arranged for a lolita gathering/photo opportunity?  Or more likely/hopefully, agreed on by the lolitas who are viewing this thread?  Photographers are welcome to post, too!
