As much as I like you hosting the shoots, I feel like may be some one else should for the next year? Just to give other people a chance.
Thing is, consistency does help. Last year's shoots ran so fluidly as Malaria ran it the year before, and when we picked it up this year we ended up running into a couple snags that experience does help smooth over. I am willing to admit there were problems with the shoots this year, such as arriving late and the fact that I didn't have a pen to make requests smoother and less hectic, but a couple things popped up that needed to be resolved before the shoot happened, and by the time they were ironed out (in one case, literally), we ended up a tad late since we had to run from the Red Lion to the park. All of which are resolvable with minor fixes, and will be.
Anyway, we did take things from this year, and as we'll also be attending Fanime & AX before Kumori next year, so we'll add on the experience we gain from participating and examining those shoots to further improve next year's shoots.
I also wouldn't be surprised if we end up having someone else run one of them, as we have next year pretty packed with cosplay diversity, panels, & personal shoots.
