Festival Japan

I know there is a Festival Japan at Uwajimaya. When is it this year? Does anyone have any clue? Or has it already gone by and I missed it?

There was one after con I think. I went to it as minnie mouse... or was that before con? I totally don't remember. But I'm pretty sure its usually in october or november. But I may be wrong. Maybe check their website.

Japan festival is usually some time in September,
But

There is also the Japanese Sakura festival normally some time in march or April but it seem to have been toned down the last couple of years I think due to weather.
I have kept an eye open but haven't seen anything listed as of yet
And lately some time in the summer around the 7th of july they have the Tanabata festival

If I hear of anything I will post, there is something this weekend but I dont think its a festival

No ya didn't at least not at the beaverton store, I was there.  No festival. 
There was a nifty miso sample made from those tubs of miso paste, chris and I wondered how long it would be good in the fridge, cuz it gets messy when you make it for couple of people with the tiny little packs and we were tempted to get a tub but not if it spoiled soon, but apparently it doesn't it just ferments into darker miso
