First off you need a dress form of your body.  mainly torso.  old T-shirt, duct tape, scissors, wadded news paper, trusting friend.
Armor: EVA foam, resin, and paint.  (need a heat gun to shape EVA)
Sword: insulating sheathing, resin and paint.
Sheath: Stacked EVA foam and hollow out center, glue, resin and paint.
Wings: consider ostrich feathers if you want real feathers or white craft foam and attach to arms.

Hope that helps.

What's better for smooth armor such as his ?
EVA foam or Wonderflex ?
then again what's easier and more reliable for all those parts ?
I read somewhere putting resin on EVA will melt it ?

EVA would be less expensive then the wonderflex. either will work.  I would suggest for the blue armor on the legs and arms go with wonderflex just cause it is a thinner material and you could move easier in it.  The torso and shoulders I would do EVA.

If you go to www.smooth-on.com and get smoothcast 321 that stuff won't eat eva.  if you put down a layer of mod podge before the resin it will work better.  I don't know about other resins tho.

alright ! i will look into it.
so the resin will create a protective 'plastic' to ensure smoothness , shine , and paint' easy ?
the resin acts as a sealer sorta right ?
Im new with Resin and armor .. LOL
