Okay i admit I'm not as younga s sI used to be. But I've still got some pep left in me. And I'm looking to get a little of the chub off of my stomach and get more musculature on my arms for my Sub-Zero costume. So, i was wondering if anyone here had some exercise advice. And also I figured I'd set this up for anyone else who has any questions about getting into shape prior to the convention.
So, do i have any takers on this thread?
