I've actually been thinking about this for awhile now.
Would anyone be interested in hanging out in the park (either in or out of cosplay) And play some game/movie/anime inspired music?
I know this would be limited to people who have musical instruments but that doesn't mean others couldn't come around to either listen or even dance if they want to.
As for music I've found a good number of sites that have fan-created sheet music based on favorite series.
