Kantai Collection cosplay, anyone?

Aside from one other person that I am aware of, is anyone doing a Kantai Collection cosplay for K-Con?
If there are several, that would be sweet. Get a little ship fleet going on. lol
...Although, we need an admiral too. lol

*raises hand* I might be one of the only other ones, I think.  And it appears we're doing exactly the same thing - a Kongou crossplay!  It's encouraging to see someone else who's doing a KanColle cosplay at Kcon, for sure.

I don't know how well it will turn out for me, but I just don't find male characters interesting to cosplay as...

Yeah, I'm pretty much the same way - I always find female characters more interesting to cosplay as.  I actually have my Kongou outfit ready, just need to finish up the wig and it's all set.

Yes, I bought mine since I don't have time to sew anything right now.  I ended up ordering mine from cosplay*fu, and overall it turned out fine for the most part, so that could be one place to go for it.  They also have other KanColle characters' outfits they can apparently make, for what it's worth, though yeah, acting soon is going to be necessary to ensure you have something in time for con.
