Air soft Rifle as a prop

I'm bringing back my Vault Boy suit this year and wanted to work in my Airsoft rifle as part of the get-up. While the battery would remain out and the mags would remain empty, it IS made of metal and wood, so I wanted to make sure if I am or am not allowed to use this as a prop.
