help with cutting and stiling wig for (DN Angel Dark cosplay)

Hello, I know its a bit early but I am looking for someone that could possibly help cut and style a wig for me??
It is for the Dark Character in DN Angel.

I would also need help on picking out a wig that would best work for styling the way, Darks hair style looks like. I would pay you for helping me out, but please be fair on the price
 
I don't need this to happen fast, since it is for Kumoricon... But I would want to have someone already in mind that could possibly help me out.

Sadly this is one of the only wis that'll work..The punky XL is the only other one, and it's a hassle to get..But it's about the same price anyway..I'd ask you to pick the color. Delivered to con it'd be $100 total. (I would need at least the wig payment itself (around $50 because paypal takes a fee) before I start the commission, then I can trade the wig for cash at con, or you can pay before hand and I'll deliver it still. I will also, before con comes up, tell you my plans and what I am cosplaying, as well as my phone number so you can find me.

This is so funny, because I'm planning on cosplaying Dark soon, too!  I don't trust myself to do a commission for you, but I can give you a pointer, perhaps.  I plan on using the Jaguar wig from Arda Wigs, actually.  I just got one in silver for a new Soul "Eater" Evans wig, and let me tell you, the Jaguar wig is AMAZING.  It stands almost straight up with just a little coaxing with your fingers, so with hairspray it does magical things.  It's fantastic for spiking, and it even has longer sections at the front just like Dark's hair does.  They have sort of a dark plum-ish color that looked good to me.

I'm sorry, and I don't mean to be rude here, but the Jaguar will NOT work for this. It's too short. You'd need to add a lot of longer wefts to it, which will not only cost money to buy, but it a long process that will the labor of any commission sky rocket. You'd be looking at another good $50 JUST to have someone put them in, not to mention the $15-30 for the wefts because you'll need a lot..That's a huge waste of money..It's easier to spend the extra 10 on the jereth long than the extra 65-70 your way. Take it from someone that's done a good amount of wigs, as well as someone that has used the Jaguar for at least half of them..It will NOT work for this.

I find a better variety from eBay and enjoy the quality I've gotten.
If you don't want to sew wefts in, you could just buy a longer wig, trim it up and style it.

You should look through and decide if you want a darker purple, or a bluer purple than red, or a duller. When looking for a wig, look for one that seems to have a bit of a fluffier volume since that's how Dark's hair - very fluffy and has a lot of lift. You can get that kind of lift with styling, but if it already has some lift in it, that will help you not fight gravity as much.
